Attachment 3 JS-sourcing and Jiangsu Software Outsourcing Corporations
To strengthen the contacts of Jiangsu-based software enterprises with their offshore outsourcers, improve enterprises' delivery capacities to integrate and rapidly lift up the overall competency and size of Jiangsu software and information service outsourcing industry, and meanwhile to maintain the sustainable, ongoing, fast and healthy development, the Jiangsu Information Industry Department takes the lead to make best use of societal quality resources and organizes the Jiangsu provincial software industrial association and related enterprises to set up the Jiangsu Provincial Software and Information Service Outsourcing Association and a professional committee was formed as well. The full name of this committee is the Jiangsu Software Industry Association IT Outsourcing Committee, short for JS-sourcing. Its member enterprises will share the Jiangsu software and information service outsourcing public service platform through this organization.
Jiangsu Software Outsourcing Corporations is funded by key enterprises of the Association above-mentioned. It also has overseas branch companies, co-undertaking software outsourcing orders in different fields. As a window of JS-sourcing to the rest of the world, its overseas companies are also responsible for overseas promotion, communications and logistic work for associated enterprises.
