3.3.3 South Collaborating with North to Push Forward Regional Harmonious Development of the Jiangsu Software and Information Service Outsourcing Industry

The middle and northern parts of Jiangsu province have vast lands and rich workforce resources, which provide wide space for the strategic vertical development of the Jiangsu service outsourcing industry. It is the core strategic abdominal place in the future to develop the Jiangsu software and information service outsourcing.

Jiangsu will focus on developing high-end links of the software and information service outsourcing industrial chain in the South, like strategic outsourcing and functional outsourcing. It will absorb international corporations to set up their R&D centres and Hi-Tech programs so as to upgrade the development and develop the software and information service outsourcing industrial highland.
