“Four points” means four cities. Nanjing, Wuxi, Suzhou and Changzhou, are leaders in the development of the Jiangsu software and information service outsourcing industry. In the field of software and information service outsourcing, these four cities respectively develop their characteristic industries of software development, digital content and embedded software etc with also complete industrial chains. They all have quite mature software and information service outsourcing industries with something in common and something different. As most important four cities in the Jiangsu software and information service outsourcing industry, these four points bring along their areas around to develop and also realize the resource- and benefit- share of the software and information service outsourcing with cities around them. They work together to explore both the internal and external markets.
