Certification of the Enterprises
The project management and process control of the Jiangsu software and information service outsourcing enterprises have made a great progress in recent years. The project delivery quality and client's satisfaction are seen obviously increasing. Foreign outsourcers have recognized the abilities of Jiangsu outsourcing enterprises with time being.
At present, most of enterprises have been through related certification. Until the end of 2007, 73 enterprises have got CMM/CMMI certification, double than last year. Of them, 4 received CMM/CMMI5 certificates. Of those who have not certified yet, 62.5% express that they will get certified in 2008. In addition, 30.5% have got ISO9001 certificates.
After Sale Service Ability
In terms of after sale service, Jiangsu service outsourcing enterprises not only provide in-field services, but also adopt different ways, like call support, mail support and call centre to improve the responsiveness. Quite a few enterprises have set up call centres for after sale service. The mode of call centre has become the priority of Jiangsu service outsourcing business and the after sale service delivery. Data show that client's satisfaction is over 90%.
