BPO enterprises in Jiangsu have also a wide range of business. Now, of all BPO enterprises, 78.3% involve with R&D and design outsourcing business. 65.2% engage in back-office data processing. 34.8% for call centre business. 34.8% for human resource management business. 26.1% for sales outsourcing business. 21.7% for financial management outsourcing business and 17.4% for client relationship management. Some BPO enterprises work on multiple outsourcing businesses, but often have one or two major outsourcing businesses.
